Welcome to EVSMM. By registering an account and placing an order on our platform, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not. We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice.

1. General Policies

  • You will only use the EVSMM website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/YouTube/Telegram/other social media platforms on their individual Terms of Service page.
  • EVSMM rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
  • EVSMM does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and EVSMM will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
  • We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to ensure you are up to date with any changes.

2. Service Usage

  • EVSMM is used to solely promote your social media accounts and help boost your "Appearance" only.
  • We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
  • We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
  • You will not upload anything into the EVSMM site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, or Instagram communities.
  • Private accounts will not get a refund! Please ensure that your account is set to public before placing an order.

3. Refund & Dispute Policy

  • No refunds will be made to your payment method (Credit Card, Cryptomus, Binance, etc.). After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from EVSMM.
  • You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
  • If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients' accounts.
  • Orders placed in EVSMM will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your EVSMM account if the order is non-deliverable.
  • Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
  • Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

4. Refill & Drop Policy

  • If an order drops and the service has a "Refill Guarantee" (e.g., 30 Days, 60 Days, Lifetime), you may request a refill via the dashboard button or support ticket.
  • Refills will not be processed if the account drops below the "Start Count" of the original order. This happens when an account loses its old organic followers.
  • If you change your username or delete your account/post while an order is active or during the refill period, your guarantee is voided and no refund or refill will be issued.
  • Do not use multiple services or multiple servers for the same link at the same time. We cannot give you correct followers/likes numbers in that case, and we will not refund these orders.

5. Disclaimer & Liabilities

  • Disclaimer: EVSMM will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.
  • Liabilities: EVSMM is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, or other social media platforms.
  • EVSMM is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Alphabet, Telegram, or any other social network.
